Jordan Pilarski is a young, up-and-coming pastry chef born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Growing up, Jordan was always interested in working in the kitchen, especially when it came to baking. Jordan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales University where he studied under some of the most world-renowned chefs in the country and had the opportunity to attend Ecole Nationale Superieure De Patisserie in Lyon, France. He went on to do an internship at a five-star. five-diamond hotel in Amelia Island, Florida where he currently works as the pastry chef at one of the three, five-diamond restaurants in the state.

In April 2017 Jordan won the Spring Baking Championship Season 3 on Food Network, and he later had the opportunity to judge next to The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond, on Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge. As a young pastry chef, Jordan says that “being passionate about what you do is the most important piece in the puzzle. Happiness truly stems from the hard work you dedicate to perfecting your craft. Take risks, don’t be afraid to fail, and work will never become work. ” Jordan continues to persevere in his career and he looks forward to what the many years ahead have in store for him as he continues to learn and create.
